Spring Promo 2026 Terms and Conditions

The Spring Promo (the “Promo”) is a limited-time offer organized by Voluum and is open exclusively to New Clients and Returning Clients as defined below. The Promo is not available to Active Clients. Please get familiar with the rules of the Promo before participating. 

These Terms and Conditions (the “Promo Terms”) constitute an integral part of the Voluum Terms and Conditions available at https://voluum.com/terms-and-conditions/ (the “Terms and Conditions”). In areas not covered by these Promo Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall apply. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promo Terms and the Terms and Conditions in respect to the Promo, the provisions of these Promo Terms shall govern. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions. 

By participating in the Promo, the Client agrees to be bound by these Promo Terms. 

1. Promo Period 

1.1. The Promo begins on 05/11/26 at 7:00am UTC and ends on 05/31/26 at 11:59pm UTC (the “Promo Period”) and can be extended by the Organizer. The new end date will be visible on the Voluum Home page (https://voluum.com).  

1.2. Any sign-up, payment, or other action required to claim the Promo must be successfully completed within the Promo Period. Voluum will not honor the Promo for any action initiated, attempted, or completed before the Promo begins or after the Promo ends. 

2. The Offer 

2.1. Eligible Clients who successfully complete the qualifying action described in section 3 during the Promo Period can purchase Voluum subscription at a lower rate on selected plans and get increase plan limits. The details of the offer are presented on the Pricing Page (https://voluum.com/pricing) during Promo period. 

2.2. The Reward is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other consideration except as expressly stated in these Promo Terms. 

2.3. The Reward applies only to the first qualifying Subscription purchased during the Promo Period and does not extend to subsequent renewals, upgrades, or downgrades unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

3. Eligibility 

3.1. The Promo is open exclusively to: 

  • New Clients â€” natural persons or entities who have never registered a Voluum account, never held a paid Voluum Subscription, and are not a related entity to any current or past Voluum account holder; and 
  • Returning Clients â€” natural persons or entities who previously held a paid Voluum Subscription that has been fully terminated for a period of at least one full monthly cycle. 

3.2. The Promo is not available to Active Clients. For the purposes of these Promo Terms, an “Active Client” is any Client who, on the first day of the Promo Period or at any time during the Promo Period, holds a paid Voluum Subscription, is in a free trial connected to a paid Plan, or is otherwise within an active billing cycle of any Voluum Plan. Active Clients are not eligible to receive, claim, or benefit from the Reward in any form. 

3.3. The Promo cannot be combined with, stacked on top of, or applied retroactively to any existing Subscription, billing cycle, invoice, or other promotional offer (including referral commissions and coupon codes) already applied to a Client’s account. No refunds, credits, or partial Rewards will be issued to Active Clients on the basis of the Promo, regardless of when the Active Client’s current billing cycle ends. 

3.4. A Client who downgrades, cancels, or otherwise terminates an active Subscription during the Promo Period for the purpose of qualifying as a Returning Client does not become eligible for the Promo. Eligibility as a Returning Client is determined solely on the basis of the Client’s status as of the first day of the Promo Period and the inactivity period defined in section 3.1. 

4. How to Claim the Reward 

4.1. To claim the Reward, the eligible Client must register a new Voluum account during the Promo Period (or, in the case of a Returning Client, log in to the existing inactive account and successfully complete the first payment for the selected Plan during the Promo Period. 

4.2. The Reward will be applied automatically upon successful completion of the steps in section 4.1.  

4.3. If the Client’s first payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recognized as a false transaction, the Reward shall be revoked and the Client’s Subscription will revert to standard pricing. 

5. Modifications and Termination of the Promo 

5.1. Voluum reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, suspend, terminate, or modify all or any part of the Promo or these Promo Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, technical issues, or changes in applicable law. Changes will not apply retroactively to Rewards already validly granted. 

5.2. Voluum is entitled to immediately revoke a Reward and suspend or terminate the relevant Client’s account if Voluum determines that the Client has breached these Promo Terms or the Terms and Conditions, or has otherwise attempted to circumvent the eligibility rules of the Promo. The Client accepts the foregoing and declares that, in such circumstances, they shall have no claims over Voluum with regard to the revocation of the Reward or the suspension or termination of the account. 

6. General Provisions 

6.1. The Promo is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 

6.2. Participation in the Promo constitutes the Client’s binding acceptance of these Promo Terms, including any changes or modifications made by Voluum in accordance with section 5.1.
