MCP Promo Terms and Conditions

The MCP Promo (the “Promo”) is a limited-time offer organized by Voluum that allows eligible Clients to expand the MCP (Model Context Protocol) capabilities included in their Plan — such as increased daily call limits or write permissions — at a reduced rate on selected Plans. Please get familiar with the rules of the Promo before participating. 

These Terms and Conditions (the “Promo Terms”) are a separate document that governs the Promo and should be read together with the Voluum Terms and Conditions available at https://voluum.com/terms-and-conditions/ (the “Terms and Conditions”). In areas not covered by these Promo Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall apply. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promo Terms and the Terms and Conditions in respect to the Promo, the provisions of these Promo Terms shall govern. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions. 

By participating in the Promo, the Client agrees to be bound by these Promo Terms. 

1. Promo Period 

1.1. The Promo begins on 09/03/26 at 7:00am UTC and ends on 09/30/26 at 11:59pm UTC (the “Promo Period”) and can be extended by the Organizer. The new end date will be visible on the Voluum Pricing page (https://voluum.com/pricing). 

1.2. Any sign-up, payment, plan selection, or other action required to claim the Promo must be successfully completed within the Promo Period. Voluum will not honor the Promo for any action initiated, attempted, or completed before the Promo begins or after the Promo ends. 

2. The Offer 

2.1. All Voluum Plans include MCP capabilities as standard, with a baseline daily call limit and, on some Plans, read-only access. During the Promo Period, eligible Clients who successfully complete the qualifying action described in section 4 can expand these capabilities on selected Plans — through an increased daily call limit, the addition of write permissions, or both — at a reduced rate. For the purposes of these Promo Terms, an “MCP call” means a single tool call made by a connected AI agent through Voluum’s MCP integration; the “call limit” is the maximum number of MCP calls permitted per day under the applicable Plan; “write permissions” allow a connected AI agent to make changes within the Client’s account rather than only reading data; and the “MCP Add-on” is the paid option that raises the daily call limit and adds write permissions. 

2.2. The specific benefit available to a Client depends on the Client’s Plan, as follows: 

• Profit and Scale plans: a doubling of the standard daily MCP call limit, free of charge on an annual Subscription or for an additional monthly fee on a monthly Subscription, as displayed on the Pricing Page. 

• Startup and Agency plans: expanded MCP capabilities through the MCP Add-on, adding write permissions and an increased daily call limit, free or at the reduced promotional rate displayed on the Pricing Page. 

2.3. The current benefits, prices, and call limits applicable to each Plan are presented on the Pricing Page (https://voluum.com/pricing) during the Promo Period. The Pricing Page prevails in the event of any discrepancy with the summaries in section 2.2. 

2.4. The Promo does not apply to the Enterprise, Corporate, and Executive plans, which already include write permissions and higher daily call limits as a standard feature. 

2.5. The benefit granted under the Promo (the “Reward”) is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other consideration except as expressly stated in these Promo Terms. 

2.6. The Reward applies only to the first qualifying Subscription, Add-on, or upgrade purchased during the Promo Period and does not extend to subsequent renewals, upgrades, or downgrades unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

3. Eligibility 

3.1. The Promo is open to both new and existing Clients on the eligible Plans (Profit, Scale, Startup, or Agency) who complete a qualifying action during the Promo Period. The available qualifying actions are: 

3.1.1. New Clients — natural persons or entities registering a Voluum account during the Promo Period — who either purchase the MCP Add-on at the reduced promotional price, or purchase an annual Plan that includes the MCP Add-on free of charge or at a discounted rate, as displayed on the Pricing Page. 

3.1.2. Existing Clients — Clients holding a Voluum Subscription on an eligible Plan — who either purchase the MCP Add-on at the promotional price, or switch to an annual Subscription that includes the MCP Add-on free of charge or at a discounted rate, as displayed on the Pricing Page. 

3.2. The benefit received depends on the Client’s Plan and billing cycle at the time the qualifying action is completed, as summarized in section 2.2 and detailed on the Pricing Page. A Client who changes Plans or billing cycle during the Promo Period receives the benefit applicable to the Plan and billing cycle held at the moment of the valid claim. 

3.3. The Promo cannot be combined with, stacked on top of, or applied retroactively to any MCP benefit, billing cycle, invoice, or other promotional offer (including referral commissions and coupon codes) already applied to a Client’s account. No refunds, credits, or partial Rewards will be issued on the basis of the Promo for any benefit or billing cycle that predates the Client’s valid claim under section 4. 

3.4. Where the Reward is tied to an annual Subscription, the Client must hold or purchase the applicable annual Plan to receive the annual-Subscription benefit. A Client who purchases the MCP Add-on on a monthly Subscription receives the benefit applicable to monthly Subscriptions, as displayed on the Pricing Page. 

4. How to Claim the Reward 

4.1. To claim the Reward, the eligible Client must, during the Promo Period, complete one of the qualifying actions set out in section 3.1 and successfully complete any payment required for the applicable option as displayed on the Pricing Page. For benefits offered free of charge on an annual Subscription, the Client must hold or purchase the applicable annual Plan. 

4.2. The Reward will be applied automatically upon successful completion of the steps in section 4.1. 

4.3. If the Client’s payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recognized as a false transaction, the Reward shall be revoked and the Client’s MCP call limits and permissions will revert to the standard terms of the Client’s Plan. 

5. Modifications and Termination of the Promo 

5.1. Voluum reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, suspend, terminate, or modify all or any part of the Promo or these Promo Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, technical issues, or changes in applicable law. Changes will not apply retroactively to Rewards already validly granted. 

5.2. Voluum is entitled to immediately revoke a Reward and suspend or terminate the relevant Client’s account if Voluum determines that the Client has breached these Promo Terms or the Terms and Conditions, or has otherwise attempted to circumvent the eligibility rules of the Promo. The Client accepts the foregoing and declares that, in such circumstances, they shall have no claims over Voluum with regard to the revocation of the Reward or the suspension or termination of the account. 

6. General Provisions 

6.1. The Promo is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 

6.2. Participation in the Promo constitutes the Client’s binding acceptance of these Promo Terms, including any changes or modifications made by Voluum in accordance with section 5.1.
